Data Driven Solutions is led by Ernesto Leon, a data engineer who has spent his career building the pipelines and reports that finance, operations and HR teams run on.

Built from inside the business.
Before consulting, Ernesto ran analytics and integration work in-house for a national consumer goods company, owning everything from SQL Server and SSIS to the Power BI reports leadership used every Monday. That background shapes how Data Driven Solutions works: we care about whether the numbers are right, whether the pipeline survives a re-run, and whether your team can maintain it without us.
Today we work with clients in food manufacturing, landscaping services and consumer goods, running production pipelines on Azure and reporting in Power BI, and keeping those platforms healthy as the businesses grow.

Principles
How we make decisions.
Correctness over speed
A dashboard that is wrong is worse than no dashboard. We reconcile before we publish, and we say so when something does not tie out.
Safe to re-run
Every load is idempotent. Natural keys, hash indexes and upserts mean a second run, a retry or a backfill never doubles your numbers.
Write it down
Runbooks, data dictionaries and change logs are part of the deliverable. If we disappeared tomorrow your team would still know how it works.
